HOW IS TURBIST DIFFERENT FROM AN ORDINARY BATH TOWEL OR GENERIC HAIR TOWEL/TURBAN?

An ordinary bath towel is large, heavy and bulky and has a threshold for how much water it can absorb. Once it reaches the threshold, it becomes heavy, tugs on your hair and falls off causing damage to your hair and cause neck strains.

A generic hair towel or turban is much smaller and absorbs much more compared to an ordinary bath towel, however it absorbs much less compared to the Turbist. This is because the hair towel or turban is relatively very thin and quickly becomes wet when its worn, not allowing all the moisture to be absorbed, leaving your hair wet.

Turbist has been developed over several months, going through rigorous testing processes to make the perfect hair towel! It is lightweight, bigger and absorbs much more moisture than any other hair towel on the market. Turbist is made from a special blend of fibers which holds a lot more moisture than the standard microfiber hair towel. Turbist has been tested alongside the best on the market for absorption, wear and tear, quality and size before making its debut.

ISN'T TURBIST JUST A SMALL TOWEL?

No, Turbist isn't just a small towel. Ordinary towels cause breakage, frizz and damage when you rub your hair with an ordinary towel. Your hair is much more susceptible to breakage when it's wet and causes serious damage. The Turbist is worn effortlessly and is made to wick moisture from your hair, eliminating the process of rubbing and friction. You now have more time to get ready whilst the Turbist is doing its job!

WILL TURBIST COMPLETELY DRY MY HAIR?

No, unfortunately not. No towel on the market will dry your hair completely, Turbist is designed to absorb excess moisture from your hair eliminating the process of rubbing and friction caused by ordinary bath towels.

We suggest air drying your hair after using Turbist or blow drying if you prefer this. As Turbist has already absorbed the excess moisture from your hair, this will reduce blow drying time and cause less heat damage as you wont need to hold the blow dryer to your hair for long periods.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes. We suggest using an alternative address.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES?

International customers may be subject to pay tax, duty or customs charges. Taxes and customs charges are not included in the total cost of the order or shipping fee and is the responsibility of the customer. Taxes and customs charges differ from each country, we suggest contacting your customs office for further information on taxes and customs charges that are relevant to your purchase. Turbist is not responsible for any additional costs that are requested during the shipment of your order.

15% GST is collected on all New Zealand orders and is calculated and added at the checkout.

Tracking information is sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us on hi@turbist.com with your name and order number as soon as possible if you want to make changes or cancel your order. If your order has been packed or dispatched, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order.

If you are unhappy with your order, contact us on hi@turbist.com with your name and order number within 30 days of successful delivery and we will proceed with the returns process.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY TOWEL?

If you've received a faulty towel please contact our support team immediately on hi@turbist.com with your name, order number and fault and we will resolve this as quickly as possible!
