RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
DOES TURBIST PROVIDE REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?
Of course we do!
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Turbist accepts returns within 30 days of successful delivery.
For all returns and exchanges please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number.
FAULTY/INCORRECT/EXCHANGE/UNHAPPY WITH YOUR ORDER:
If you believe your order is faulty, incorrect, requires an exchange or you are unhappy with your order, please contact us on email@example.com with your name, order number and inquiry and we will resolve this as quickly as possible!

CONDITIONS OF RETURN:
- Order must be returned in it's original condition as it was delivered - unused, unwashed and must not smell of perfume/odor or have any marks.
- If your order is not received in its original condition, a refund/exchange/store credit will not be issued and your order will be returned to you.
- Turbist reserves the right to reject your return if it does not comply with the conditions listed above.
- All returns and exchanges are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.
- We encourage you to use a tracked form of shipping for your return as Turbist is not responsible for lost packages during transit.
- If the return is a result of our error (you received a defective item) shipping costs will be reimbursed. If the return is not an error made on our end, it is the customers responsibility to cover the return shipping costs.
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated via email before a return is made to us.
- Store credit is valid for up to 6 months.
